Setting up webhooks

Receive platform events at your HTTPS endpoint.

Webhooks notify your backend when conversations complete, escalations fire, or other tenant events occur.

Checklist

  1. Deploy an HTTPS endpoint that returns 2xx quickly.
  2. Read webhook payloads and verify signatures.
  3. Register the URL in Integrations (or tenant webhook settings).
  4. Send a test event and confirm delivery logs.

Debugging

  • Timeouts — acknowledge fast, process async
  • Signature failures — hash the raw body
  • Missing events — check subscription filters
