Status: Native real-time catalog sync for Shopify/WooCommerce is on our roadmap. Today Bob answers product questions from knowledge you approve — not live catalog APIs unless you wire custom integrations.

What works today

  • Add top SKUs, services, and packages to knowledge
  • Link to your storefront for “buy now” flows
  • Use webhooks/API for order-status if you build custom middleware
